What is EPS-TOPIK for Nepal?

EPS-TOPIK is the Korean language proficiency exam that Nepali workers must pass to be eligible for employment in South Korea through the Employment Permit System. Nepal is one of the most active EPS sending countries, with a large number of Nepali workers in Korean industries including manufacturing, agriculture, and construction. The exam is coordinated between HRD Korea and Nepal's Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE).

Application Process

Check the DoFE (Department of Foreign Employment) and HRD Korea websites for registration dates.

Take the EPS-TOPIK exam at designated test centers in Kathmandu or other cities across Nepal.

After results are published, passing candidates register on the Job Seeker Roster.

Upon employer selection, complete health checks, visa processing, and pre-departure orientation.
