By using TOPIK now services, you agree to the following terms: • This service is provided for educational purposes only to prepare for the EPS-TOPIK exam • These are practice mock exams and exercises, not actual exam questions • The service is free, and paid services may be added in the future • You can use guest mode without registration (some features limited)

When registering, you agree to: • Provide accurate and up-to-date information • You are responsible for maintaining account security • You may not use another person's account without authorization • Account sharing is prohibited and may result in service restrictions • You may request account deletion at any time

All content in the service is copyrighted by TOPIK now: • Unauthorized reproduction and distribution of questions, explanations, and algorithms is prohibited • Commercial use other than for personal learning is prohibited • Mass data collection using automated tools is prohibited • Reprocessing and redistribution of content is prohibited • Legal action may be taken for copyright infringement

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent service restrictions: • Unauthorized use of others' accounts or hacking attempts • Activities that interfere with normal service operation • Spreading false information or defamation • Using automated programs (bots) • Exploiting system vulnerabilities • Other activities that violate relevant laws

Please be aware of the following regarding service provision: • The service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee specific results • The service may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance • Service features, design, and policies may change without prior notice • Important changes will be announced through notifications • We cannot guarantee exam success through service use

The following limitations of liability apply to service use: • TOPIK now is not liable for direct/indirect damages from service use • We are not responsible for information leaks due to user negligence • We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure • We are not responsible for guest mode data loss • Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law
