TOPIK now processes the following data to provide the service: • Account data: email address and password, encrypted by the authentication provider • Learning data: quiz responses, scores, correct and incorrect answers, study time, and category analysis • Identifiers: authenticated user ID or anonymous UUID for guest usage • AI feature data: question and answer content plus minimal context needed to respond • Automatically collected data: access logs, timestamps, error logs, and analytics events Even in guest mode, anonymous identifiers and learning records may be stored on the server for core functionality.

Collected information is used only for the following purposes: • Account management and identity verification • Storing and analyzing test scores • Tracking learning progress and personalizing recommendations • Improving the service and developing new features • Customer support and service notices Information is used only within the disclosed purposes.

TOPIK now may process data through the following providers: • Supabase: authentication and database storage/query • Vercel: hosting and operational logs • Google Analytics / Vercel Analytics: usage analytics • DeepSeek, when used: AI response generation We do not sell personal data. Except where required by law, we do not share personal data beyond the disclosed purposes.

Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the described purposes, and users can delete their account. • Account and learning data: deleted through in-app "Delete Account" or https://topiknow.com/account/delete • Deleted data includes profile, scores, wrong-answer history, progress, AI chat logs, and linked learning records • Operational/security logs: retained for up to 90 days for reliability and abuse prevention, then deleted • Legally required records: retained for the required legal period Contact: privacy@topik-now.com

TOPIK now takes the following measures to protect personal information: • Passwords are encrypted and cannot be viewed by administrators • Data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption • We use Supabase security systems • We conduct regular security checks and vulnerability reviews • Personal-data access is minimized and logged

TOPIK now is intended for learners aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is identified, we will delete it without undue delay.
